Hi Nitin. Please only put binomial scientific names into that box. These cats are scientific name "Felis catus" ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cat I will change this one for you. Thank you.
This is what is called an "odd-eyed cat": a cat with one blue eye and one eye either green, yellow, or brown. The scientific name of the condition is complete heterochromia. It doesn't just affect angora but other breeds as well: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odd-eyed_ca...

Is it a feral cat?
Gorgeous eyes! Love the creativity
Angora cats have long hair and pointed ears. This is most likely a domesticated or feral cat and not a true Angora.

Amazing cat Nitin. Thank you.
No it is not my pet. on my travel to north GOA i found this amazing cat with two colored eyes.
In Goa almost certain mixed :)
Turkish angoras have eyes like that but are long haired. Mixed breed maybe.
The eyes are amazing. Is this your pet?
