Hello, this looks like a bug from the family Coreidae rather than a wheel bug which is a kind of assassin bug (family Reduviidae). The wheel bug gets its name from a wheel-shaped plate on its back. As you can see, this specimen has a triangular shaped plate (scutellum) on its back.
