Fantastic spotting! I was wrong with Dictyopharidae family, subfamily Dictyopharinae. I checked all over, and there are apparently over eighty species of Hemisphaerius in southeast Asia, and they all are almost identical. Here is one very similar to yours labeled Hemisphaerius sp.:http://www.flickr.com/photos/awei750/840...
