Grass-like Mantid

Thesprotia graminis

Description:

Very slender, light brown , maybe 3.5" long.

Habitat:

On my front porch window, central Florida. Mid-afternoon.

Notes:

Flew away when I got too close . Tried to keep itself a slender as possible, even stretching out the grabbing claws straight- until I got too close with the camera !
