Possibly a Waterboatman (Corixidae) or Backswimmer (Notonectidae), that got emptied from our blow up pool. Being out of the water didn't seem to bother it. I read Waterboatmen atleast are strong fliers, so hopefully he finds another pool.

Notonectidae and Corixidae are similar indeed.
