The suggestion is my best guess. It is in your range and there is a worn sample in the reference link that is very similar to yours.

Euxoa obeliscoides has a lot more marking. Even if it is worn, does not look right to me. This moth has a distinctive two tone cape - rust front, then brown and tip rust again. I will go hunting and see if I can help you find a better match.
