Hi pamsai! What a cute littIe beauty! think you might want to check out the genus Leucoagaricus. And if I search the google-pictures, Leucoagaricus melanotrichus seems a perfect fit. Upstanding partial veil, which is darker than the stipe, the dark scaly capsurface, the freestanding white gills. I have added a description from the Dutch scientific identificationserie Flora Agaricina Neerlandica, where even more Leucoagaricus are described. Cheers!
