Spotting

MelissaFerguson...you don't say it was a shot in the dark (honest confession) ...I am so glad...yours was such a pretty spotting...it would have been a shame not to have found a name for it.

Looks like a sea urchin to me too...but am afraid that is as far as I can tell....no help with genus or species. I found a photo which looks somewhat similar. Maybe it will be of some help.
