Celithemis fasciata
Dark blue eyes, blue thorax, abdomen and cerci. This is a mid-sized pennant. Wings are heavily, marked with dark markings but the markings themselves can vary from individual to individual.
Ponds and lakes and in the grassy verges around them. Usually not hard to find when present as it perches on tops of plants and sticks.
