spotted in my back yard these "eggs"(?) are near the spider i spotted previous,can this be the posture of the spider?

John,sorry for not tell you ,but i remark that those small buggs under the water drops where there,so it could bee a woolly whitefly

Not frozen waterdropes,not even in winter,Portugal is a very warm country at moment we have at this moment 15ºc :)

probably not eggs - might be something like woolly whitefly - a widespread pest of citrus. the immature whitefly exude drops of liquids. have a look to see if there are small bugs in under the drops.
