Oh yes, I know. I am a wildlife educator that owns one herself. He was captive born and is named "Boss Hog".

Remember... hognose snakes do have a mild venom, although it is reported to be "harmless" to humans. I love how hognoses will flip over and play dead if they are frightened. If you turn them right side up, they will flip over again! As if to say.. "I told you... I'm dead!" lol
