It would be awesome to see the wildebeest migration! I have to go back to Africa soon, I love it so much there :) You're lucky to live in Florida, so many reptiles and amphibians there I would love to see! I'll eventually make it there too ;)

You are a lucky young lady. I am Scottish, have been a nurse for 31 years and live in Florida. Anyway I look forward to your posts. Sleep well

Well I just got a degree in Wildlife Biology, and right now I'm getting my Master's in Biology. My research is on reptiles and amphibians (my first loves), but I also am teaching Ornithology as I love birds too. I live in Texas. I just got back from South Africa a week and a half ago so I'll be uploading stuff from there for awhile!

I only ask as my dream is to get to the Serengeti Plain during the wildabeast migration.

I am very jealous of your knowledge, I only recently got serious about nature photography and I am so hooked. I am confused are you in Texas or South Africa? Your postings look like they are abroad but your profile says Texas.

Not for much longer :) These birds were one of the hardest for me to learn. They are so variable, plus look so drab in the winter. Now I can recognize them really easily, but it took me way longer than most birds did!
