There are several color morphs within in many frog species, but the only one that I am aware of sometimes having a mid dorsal stripe that kind of looks like this is the wood frog (Rana sylvatica). Are there dark patches behind the eyes of this frog? See http://herpnet.net/Minnesota-Herpetology...
