Merci Michael!

The tribe is Luperini, and it's one of the many species of the subtribe Diabroticites (or Diabroticina). There are several South American genera, with characters not visible on the photo (often only visible in male specimens).

Galerucinae is OK, but I am not sure how to separate the several tribes like Altini, Luperini etc.
