Crab Spider

Mechaphesa sp.

Description:

Barely visible with the naked eye at about 1/8-1/4 inch at the most. Very thin and colorful on goldenrod. Probably a kind of Misumenops crab spider. Still searching. Internet problems. If you can help. Thanks! (Maybe Northern Crab Spider - Mecaphesa asperata) Maybe male because it was so small.

Habitat:

Meadow with abundant flowers and weeds.

Notes:

I almost didn't even try to take a photo at all because it was so small.

Thank you for the ID's arthroprod and Spider Joe. I am hoping April will warm up quickly because I look forward to seeing some cool spiders.
