Stingless bee

Tetragonula iridipennis ??

Description:

Very small bees almost the size of a small mosquito. it's hind legs hold a ball of pollen. They don't have stings. These bees help pollinate many plants thus helping humans produce more food. Farmer's best friend!!

Habitat:

Spotted on a bitter gourd plant in my vegetable garden on the terrace of my 8th floor apartment!!
