A Rambur's Forktail damselfly spotted along the shore of Accotink Bay. This individual is a male. Photo 1 shows the damselfly perching on unknown wildflowers; Photo 2 shows the same individual hand-held by Mr. Chris Hobson, Natural Areas Zoologist with the Virginia Natural Heritage Program, Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation.
