About 10cm apart these paw prints were about 4 cm big. Brahmini Kite Prints?

I did see a Brahmini kite diving just before I reached these marks on the beach. It was about where I had seen it dive. Could these be his prints? The last picture shows that he grabbed something out of the sand.
