Saturniidae, Rothschildia lebeau forbesi. Actually I know that I should not ID a Saturniidae just from a picture, but looking at the location and your moth I am quite confident with Rothschildia lebeau forbesi, one of the most common ones in Southern Texas and Mexico.
Attacus attlas is from the same family but it is an Asian species and not found in Mexico.

A beauty, It looks perfect. I think I saw the same kind but it was pretty bit up.
