Grooved Bonnet?

Mycena polygramma?

Description:

Could be the same as this spotting: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/149... Stem was silky, about 7cm tall. Cap about 3cm wide. Is this an Entoloma or Pluteus or something? Growing on hazel? (see last photo). On WAB Pluteus cervinus was suggested and also Mycena polygramma because of the steely, grooved stem (http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/forums...). I thought maybe Entoloma, but my best guess was 'Willow Shield', Pluteus salicinus. Maybe a waxcap (thanks CorduneanuVlad) but if so had a dry cap and is one of the species that's known to grow on mossy tree stumps etc
