Calapnita phyllicola
Slim green spider, almost translucent, body length approx. 8mm, body daim. approx. 1mm. Very long legs & appears to be carrying eggs that are retained in a very fine web sock.
Rainforest, found on the underside of a leaf
Amazing. how all these eggs can be this spider, they seem too big, I think she stayed many days without being able to sit.
Wonderful find Mac! Do you know of this mission?

Thanks Mark, Leubas certainly on the right track, it's a good starting point.
I do like Leuba's link and the way it's handling those eggs. Not sure you noticed but yours has them bound in a long silk stocking. Very cool.
Well I've found some incredible tiny, long green spiders in that part of Australia but all undescribed or unknown... hope someone can guide us here.
....or could it be a Pholcid like the one in this link

Thanks Mark, it is very unusual, had a lot of trouble getting the camera to focus on it. I can only presume that they are eggs it is carrying.
Absolutely amazing ! - It resembles a Whip Spider but the abdomen is not drawn-out enough.
That's incredible Mac. I'd love to know what it's up to with those eggs. Must search for this thing...
