Hi Daniele,
You are most likely right. I didn't know about the P. sicula species and I am not very experienced at identifying reptiles. Thanks for informing me.

Hi Bruce! With your location it may also be the Italian wall lizard, Podarcis sicula, especially with the green colour. It is impossible to say from these pictures. I would leave the ID as wall lizard, Podarcis sp.
