Cloud fungi?

Description:

Soft creamy coloured pore bracket fungi have taken over in a silver birch. Occurring at regular intervals up the branches, the fruiting bodies appeared from base to top of the tree which was about 10 metres above ground.

Habitat:

Suburban - hospital grounds.

Notes:

Yet to search for ID.

Thanks Antonio. I'm sure they are an introduced species here because the tree is a foreigner. Someone from silver birch country might know it.
