Flower crab spider

Description:

About 12mm; all green except for abdomen.

Habitat:

Occupying the centre of a flower (asteraceae) in our back yard.

Notes:

Apparently these might occupy a single flower until the petals wilt then move to another. Very territorial. Patterns on abdomen are variable. Several species are indiscernible in the field.
