Amanita citrina var. alba
White amanita mushroom
spotted in a mix forest a few kw from my house
Cap of Amanita citrina var. alba An all-white variant is also quite common - Amanita citrina var. alba (Gillet) Rea. The var. alba False Deathcap generally has a larger cap (up to 12cm diameter compared with 5 to 10cm for the more common lemon variety, and its stem is also white rather than lemon-yellow. Some authorities consider this to be a separate species rather than just a variety. https://www.google.pt/url?sa=t&rct=j...
Thanks very much Michel for the correction in the id,iam following your last id work in the site, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us all :-)
First photo shows velum remnants on the edge of the cap and the third photo shows even bigger velum patches. These small velum remnants do not occur in the section Phalloideae (of which A. virosa is a member). This is Amanita citrina var. alba, or atleast Amanita sect. Validae.
Thanks Alan for the ID,it's a Amanita virosa of the Amanita bisporigera group has you said :-)
