Nocturnal Orbweaver

Description:

A Neoscona spider resting on a leaf waiting for nightfall when it will reconstruct it's web again. This individual is less hairy than most Neoscona spiders I have spotted before. This female is between 1cm and 2cm.

Habitat:

Inside plants during the day, on it's web during the night in Sabah Tea Garden, near Ranau town, Sabah.

Notes:

There are lots of these common Neoscona orb-web spiders at night here in this tea plantation. >>>Map accuracy : 200m diameter.
