Description:

Beautiful yellow five-petal flowers, and three-parts leaves. Each leaf part is shaped like a heart. Plant itself forms bunches, and flowers abundantly.

Habitat:

On Malta it could be seen all over the place. It often grows in small fractures in walls (as seen on photos 2 and 3).

Notes:

Originally from South Africa, it spread throughout Mediterranean region, and, as very invasive species, it is very difficult to control. Considered dangerous weed.
