It has 8 legs, it is a spider but very strange looking spider. I think it is mimikcing an assassin bug.

Thank you Aaron, you are welcome any time, I'll recomend you Puerto Vallarta by the end of the year. I'll be there. Most of my last 250 spttings come from 100 yards from the apartment where I stay for vacation.
