Ichthyophaga ichthyaetus
Bit hard to tell from the photos but this eagle had a light tan colored head and legs and dark brown body and wings.
Not 100% with this ID - but it may be an immature because they have a pale buff head, underparts and underwing.

You can try asking on Birdforum, that's where all the true experts are: http://www.birdforum.net/forumdisplay.ph...
Thanks Liam - that pic looks pretty close. I'll put it up with a question mark and see if anyone else has any ideas.
I think the bill is too large for Black Eagle. Gray-headed Fishing Eagle is a possibility: http://farm2.staticflickr.com/1436/94076...
Thanks Liam, do you think it could be a juvenile black eagle? - young birds have a buff head, underparts and underwing coverts.
I found a link that has all the bird species for that area - maybe that would help you with the ID: http://www.khaosok-treehouse.com/bird-wa...
Also I've added another photo - not great quality but shows a better shape of the bird.
An Eagle, genus Haliaeetus, I believe. I can't say which species for sure from these photos.
