Not that I wanted to challenge your ID, just some thoughts about the species. Unfortunately I cannot help you more than mentioning the 3 "missing" spots, but it could still be Pruinosa.

Hi Bayucca ,that is why I left the question mark ,next to the name .That was the nearest ID I have found so far .Hopefully someone can come-up with the correct ID.I will change the latin name to family.
