Hydrocotyle umbellata

Description:

An aquatic plant that often grows in or near still, shallow waters. The leaves are edible and have decent antioxidants in them. They are often used in asian cooking and beverages, such as teas.

Habitat:

Found in a shallow offshoot of water, part of Lake Beaver Fork. They were growing in and around the water, in an area that looks like it is often under standing water when the level is higher.
