Description:

Local name : "Achi rapra" Small tree, 4 - 6 m height, 15-25 cm dch. Tough aspect. Looks to be draught resistant. Bark deep fisurated, no latex, resin or conspicuous sap. No flower or fruits in date of observation. leafs look like ficus benjamina, but no stiupules.

Habitat:

Saw along the sides of local roads in perturbed forests in Moyobamba, Soritor, Habana and surroundings. 850 msnm
