French Angelfish juvenile

Pomacanthus paru

Habitat:

Juveniles inhabit reefs and sandy areas with protective crevices.

Notes:

There was a couple here in the rocky rubbly near shore area of small patchy reef. One was slightly larger than the other. Seen while snorkeling right off of the sidewalk on my own on a recent Cozumel cruise visit.
