This was a 1 ml sample from a plankton net-tow during the HOE-DYLAN expedition aboard the R/V Kilo Moana.

Habitat:

Station Aloha: is a circle of 6 mile radius in the Pacific Ocean north of Hawaii where varied oceanographic research projects converge to produce a remarkable collection of observations about our dynamic oceans and atmosphere. It is also a site representative of the North Pacific subtropical gyre.
