Fulgoridae nymph ?

Description:

OK, This little guy is a complete mystery to me. He is less than a quarter inch long. In photo 2 you can see what appears to be an eye above his front leg. His overall appearance seems to hint of a Lantern Bug, which makes me think he is in the order of Fulgoridae...His only defense is that he looks like a piece of dried leaf...Any ideas? Bayucca?

Great spotting. I think it is a Dictyopharid Planthopper nymph, Family Dictyopharidae. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/885...
