White heard, neck, and underparts. Light gray wings and back. Black tail feathers. Small yellow beak with black tip.

Habitat:

city park, about a mile from any water. A small flock of 3 birds.

I can't tell gull species apart . . . help meeeee! (I tried looking on Wikipedia, but there are about 3 or 4 I could choose from that look similar.) Ring billed or California were my two top picks.
