as antennas are concerned, i think its Nepita Conferta..
i am updating spotting now.
Arctiidae, Lithonsiinae, Nudarini, Lyclene sp.. Not 100% the same as yours but very similar. Look carefully at the markings and spots. I am not 100% sure and if Ryan could not ID his own one, than it is most probably not possible to get closer than Lyclene sp.
