They are gorgeous! I hope they come back! I saw one about a month ago while on the Santa Express flying through the trees so I know Ashland is another place I need to go for some great pics!

Great birds - I have a few that come to my yard every winter, to the same patch of trees. They stay busy and do a number on the trees they target - I find piles of wood chippings at the base of their "work areas".
