Ootheca (egg case) of a praying mantis

Description:

Ootheca (egg case) of a praying mantis?, 2 cm wide and 3 cm high (to the lower tip). It look like build layer by layer from the top (part connected to plant part). It's not rounded, but more quadrangle 1,5 cm thick.

Habitat:

Stalk of Coconut leaves. I saw 2 of them, all on stalk.

Notes:

Did egg case of mantis all look same?

This is the Oetheca (egg case) of a praying mantis. It contains numerous eggs which will hatch simultaneously.
