This delightful flower has long petals in soft purple. The shrub has bright green serrated leaves and is covered in flowers.

The 'friendly garden' is a memorial garden donated to the public by a well known gardener and TV personality named Kevin Heinz. He hosted a gardening show called "Sow What". Before his passing, he donated this garden. It contains several plants that I ave not seen before.
