I'm not 100% certain without a side view but if you look at pics 3 and 9 in the link I have given the female O. brunneum is a good likeness and is good for the location..

HI Ivan, It is often necessary to have views from directly above and from the side to be able to get an ID down to species level. Precise eye coloration and leg colouration are very important, as are the lines along the sides of the abdomen. Many dragonfly species emerge this colour, then within a few days the males take on their true colour while the females usually remain the same, only gaining some male like colour when they are very old. The habitat where you saw it is also very important for determining the actual species as most are habitat specific.
