Arctiid Moth

Eucereon sp.

Description:

Orange and black moth, 1 cm long. The underwings and upper abdomen were grey. (Erebidae, Arctiinae).

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters. The 3rd picture is of an individual from the opposite side of the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas and came to the parking lights of a shopping center on 19 October 2014.
