Slime Mold

Diderma sp.?

Description:

Individual structures ovoid, approximately 2mm x 3mm. Individual or confluent. Appear to be sessile.

Habitat:

On rotting log

Notes:

My best guess is that this is a Diderma sp. but would welcome any information to confirm or correct this identification. The Red Raspberry (Tubifera ferruginosa) slime mold in the image is about 0.5 inches in diameter.
