Description:

Beautiful white flowering climber with four lanceolate sepals. the flowers are either female or male and therefore have either stamens or styles as creamy fine feathery structures.

Habitat:

Clematis is native to temperate regions in the Northern Hemisphere however, there are six species endemic to Australia.

Notes:

In the wild Clematis creeps over other plants and shrubs for support. It is being grown as an ornamental plant. Also called Goat'sbeard or Old man's beard
