I am not sure which carpenter bee it would be, but I have added a sixth image to my carpenter bee spotting, which is a similar attitude to yours, to convince you.

Hi Tania, welcome to Project Noah. This appears to be a male Carpenter Bee. Unfortunately I don't know the species. If you have other angles showing the abdomen, that would help with the ID.
