Spotted on breakwater. As soon as I took the picture it went down in rip rap. Small sparrow. Don't think it's a Song Sparrow but could be wrong.
Swamp Sparrow should show less streaking on the flanks - more "blurry", and would show a clean gray nape. Looks fine for SOSP to me. On the West Coast they can be particularly dark.
