Nymphalidae, Ithomiinae, Mechanitis polymnia isthmiae. Heliconius never has round spots at the margin of the hindwing. And if you have another picture you might see some red behind the head on yours. Please, check all pictures from the link, there is as usual a great variability. The green glim on your hindwing is an optical artefact. Scroll down in the ID link, the last one is probably the best match.
