Hi again mnc2113, I can see you are learning fast. It is important to look at every detail to get the correct Identification and you seem to be doing just exactly that. Maybe you can look again in https://philippinelepidopt.wixsite.com/b...
and take a close look at the photo of The WANDERER (male) . They show only three pictures of Pareronia boebera arsamota and the one I suggest is the third one, on the right. (The first two are females, yours is a male). You will see some small white spots starting at the wing tip (the Apex) and they continue along the edge of the wing (the Outer Margin) until they fade away. That is what makes me think it is P. b. arsamota. By the way, your photo is nicer than the one in Pillippine Lepidoptera. Well done. John B.

But might it be Pareronia valeria palawana perhaps? Through my layperson's eyes at least, the one in my picture looks like palawana (the color in the main)...
