Sorry, I deleted my last comment. Here is the information again. This is a kind of planthopper, possibly the genus Poekilloptera. I´ve found the same kind of planthopper here a weeks ago, but the pattern of the wings is a little bit different. In this link you can see a spotting from Brazil.
