Chelonoidis denticulata
Yellow-Footed Tortoise are popular pet tortoises from northern South America. They are medium-sized tortoises that generally average 30cm as adults, but can reach over 40cm.
Their natural habitat ranges from savannah to forest-edges around the Amazon Basin.
This specimen is of the zoo in my city, "Ilha de São Pedro" ("St. Peter Island")
